I am a researcher, literary translator, and essayist from Colorado. My writing is focused on collective memory of state violence, leftist cultural circulation between Latin America and Southeast Asia, histories of rightwing military dictatorships during the Cold War, and Latin American and Indonesian literatures.
Currently, I am a PhD candidate in comparative literature at Harvard University. I speak Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, and some French.
I'm always interested in new ideas for collaboration and connection, both within scholarly circles and beyond the academy. If you have any questions about my work, please reach out.
